Winemaker’s Note:
This wine, a “Cape” blend embodies what is Sumaridge, the location. A seamless integration showing brooding fruit counterbalanced with savouriness which encompasses - wild plumb, white spice, smoky meat, damp earth and a luxuriant finish. Friendly but not overbearing, diverse in flavour with complimentary expression of all components to present a well-balanced whole, leaving a lasting impression with a desire to return. An expression of Africa.
