Winemaker’s Note:

Poise, elegance and individuality are hallmarks of our limited vintage Cap Classique. Made only from Pinot Noir this vintage MCC displays an attractive “partridge eye”
colour with fine persistent mouse. Three years sur lees have resulted in the rich yet mellow autolytic flavours adding complexity to finely tuned red fruit, the broad palate is freshened by well integrated acidity leading the long and textured finish.
